Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products, SaaS platforms, code templates, and automated workflows (collectively, the "Services") provided by M. Solutions. By accessing our marketplace or executing a transaction, you agree to be bound by this contractual framework.

01 // Operational Scope

Digital Asset Delivery

Upon successful authorization of your payment, our systems are programmed to instantly allocate the acquired digital assets to your account. This may manifest as direct file downloads, repository access, SaaS licensing keys, or workspace duplication links.

You are responsible for providing accurate telemetric data (specifically, a valid email address) to ensure the successful transmission of these assets. Failure to provide accurate data absolves us of delivery delays.

02 // Financial Execution

Payments and Refund Policy

All prices are listed and processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise specified. We utilize secure, third-party payment gateways (including Stripe) to process transactions. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Strict Refund Policy: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and source code, all transactions are final and non-refundable once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only evaluated in the event of a demonstrable, critical technical failure that prevents the core operation of the software, and only if reported within 7 days of acquisition.

03 // Intellectual Property

Software Licensing and IP Rights

When you acquire a product from our marketplace, you are purchasing a license to use the asset, not the overarching intellectual property. Unless explicitly stated in a custom enterprise contract:

• Permitted Use: You may utilize the code, templates, or SaaS tools for your personal or internal business operations. You may modify the code to suit your operational needs.
• Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, sub-license, resell, or repackage our source code or templates as standalone products. You may not extract core components to build a direct competitor to our marketplace offerings.

All underlying code architecture, branding, and proprietary logic remain the exclusive property of M. Solutions.

04 // System Integrity

Acceptable Use Protocol

You agree not to utilize our Services or platforms for any activity that violates local or international law. You are expressly prohibited from executing load-testing, penetration testing, reverse-engineering, or deploying malicious payloads against our APIs, hosting nodes, or database architecture without prior written consent.

05 // Legal Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our software and templates are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we engineer our solutions to the highest standards of reliability, we make no absolute warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or entirely error-free execution.

In no event shall M. Solutions, its lead engineer, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use our digital assets. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

06 // Governance

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This contractual agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amman, Jordan.
